Delete Your BallerAI Account and Data

You can permanently delete your BallerAI account and associated personal data either inside the BallerAI app or by sending a request directly from this website. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to use the web option.

Request deletion by email

Email BallerAI Support from the email address linked to your BallerAI account, where possible. The prepared email includes the information we need to start the request.

What happens after a web request

  1. Send the request — Use the button above or email us with the subject “BallerAI account deletion request.”
  2. We verify account ownership — We may reply with a limited verification step before changing any account data. Never send us your password, payment card details, health information, or private app screenshots.
  3. We process deletion — After verification, we aim to complete the deletion within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been processed.

Delete your account in the app

If you can still access your account, the in-app route is usually fastest:

  1. Sign in — Open BallerAI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile and Settings — Go to the Profile tab, then open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete Account — Follow the identity-verification and final confirmation steps.
  4. Confirm permanent deletion — The account deletion cannot be undone.

Deletion is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. It removes the account and identifiable App data associated with it, including:

  • Your sign-in account, profile, settings, and direct account identifiers
  • Your training, routine, progress, readiness, and recovery history
  • Your nutrition records and uploaded meal images
  • Your player-card, league, and related feature data

Data that may be retained

We may retain only the minimum pseudonymized or legally required records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or legal claims. Protected backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten through normal provider backup cycles, and de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained. These records are not used to recreate your account or continue personalized BallerAI services.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your BallerAI account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription in your Apple or Google account to prevent future renewal charges.
