How to Delete Your Account
Account Deletion Instructions
If you wish to permanently delete your BallerAI account, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account — Open the BallerAI app and make sure you're logged in
- Go to the Profile tab — Navigate to your profile section in the app
- Access Settings — Look for and tap on the Settings option
- Click Delete Account — Find and select the "Delete Account" option
- Authenticate yourself — Complete the authentication process to verify your identity
- Confirm deletion — Your account deletion will then be permanent and cannot be undone
Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose:
- All your training data and progress
- Nutrition tracking history
- Recovery plan recommendations
- All personal settings and preferences
- Access to the BallerAI community
